Cancellation terms of our hotel in Ötztal
We understand that plans can sometimes change. In order to offer the greatest possible flexibility and security when booking our hotel in Ötztal, we have put together clear and fair cancellation conditions for our guests. - Cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival date are free of charge without giving any reason.
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival date, 40 % of the total arrangement price is charged.
- Up to 1 week prior to arrival date, 70 % of the total arrangement price is charged.
- Within the last week prior to arrival date, we charge 90 % of the total arrangement price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the daily price (100 %) of the booked category is charged as empty bed fee.
- For all legal questions, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry regulations apply.
- Because you never know what happens, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your stay at our rooms or apartments including wellness in Sölden in an even more relaxed way.
