Price information
- The room prices are per person and day including breakfast and 5x weekly sauna for a 7-day booking
- The use of our wellness area is included from Sunday to Friday, 4 pm - 7 pm
- An in-house ski storage cellar with ski boot dryer (only for our guests) is available for free
- WiFi in all rooms.
- The resort tax of € 5.00 per person per night is not included in the total price and is charged directly by the host
- Children and young people do not pay the resort tax until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 16.
- For bookings up to 6 days, a 20% short stay surcharge applies!
Booking information
- Check-in: 3 pm – 8 pm
- Check-out: by 10 am at the latest
- Cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival date are free of charge without giving any reason.
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price is charged.
- Up to 1 week prior to arrival date, 70% of the total arrangement price is charged.
- Within the last week prior to arrival date, we charge 90% of the total arrangement price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the daily price (100%) of the booked category is charged as an empty bed fee.
- For all legal questions, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry regulations apply.
Because you never know what happens, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to the lifestyle of our hotel very close to Sölden’s ski area in an even more relaxed way.
We do not accept debit or credit cards. When booking, a deposit of 40% of the total price is due by bank transfer. We kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer prior to your arrival date.
